I’ve always been fascinated by the inner world the part of us that feels, questions, heals, and grows. My journey into personal development began at just eight years old when someone close to me, someone I deeply love, struggled with anxiety and worry. Witnessing their courage in healing inspired me to explore the mind and heart’s power to transform. Those early experiences became the foundation of my life’s work, guiding others to return home to themselves and live from truth.

For the past six years, I’ve served as a Quad-certified Life Coach, supporting clients around the world in uncovering their truth, releasing old narratives, and living in alignment with their highest selves. I hold certifications as a Life Coach, Spiritual Coach, and NLP Coach & Practitioner, and I’m certified in The Adult Chair® model under Michelle Chalfant, whose teachings on emotional integration and authentic living deeply inform my work.

I currently have the profound honor of being mentored by Kevin Walton known to many as Aaron on “BET’s Sistas by Tyler Perry.” Kevin is a foundational leader in Sacred Sons and the creator of Light Beings Ministry, home of the Creatorhood practice. Assisting him has expanded my understanding of facilitation, embodiment, Personal growth, and sacred leadership the art of holding space where transformation naturally unfolds.

To date, I’ve coached over 100 women across the world and facilitated transformative experiences such as The Women’s Circle, a monthly support group for women, and collaborations with organizations like Black Girls Can Heal in New York. I also co-created Jam & Journals Inspirational Circle in Atlanta with affirmation artist Coax Marie, and I’ve had the joy of Assisting and being booking Manager to the Queen of Affirmation Music Toni Jones with over 20 million + streams, Toni has been featured in HOUR Magazine, Forbes and her most popular single “Take Up Space Sis” was placed on Showtimes “The CHI” television series and Revolt. Toni is taking the world by grace and spirit with a refreshing sound while developing a music genre called Affirmation Music.

Alongside my coaching work, I bring nearly two decades of experience in the beauty industry, where I witnessed firsthand how energy, presence, and authenticity shape how we show up in the world. My time as a life coach at a wellness center in Atlanta also deepened my passion for supporting people in embodying wholeness from the inside out.

People consistently tell me they feel my energy before I even speak, and that reflection has become a mirror for my purpose. I believe our energy is our signature, and we are not meant to dim it. My mission is to support others to live in full authenticity, owning their presence and their effect. Through this work, I remind people that they can rewrite their story, create their reality, and that they are always in command of shifting their life. Guiding others back to the power and light that have always been within them.

The Zen Effect Show evolved from what was once Life Verbs Podcast — a soul-nourishing space created to support inner growth and guide listeners toward purpose and fulfillment. Through heartfelt conversations and powerful insights, Life Verbs hydrated the soul, fortified the spirit, and expanded consciousness.

Now reimagined as The Zen Effect Show, this vision has grown into a multi-platform experience — blending in-studio video interviews, audio conversations, and conscious storytelling across YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and more. It’s the next evolution of the sanctuary we built — still rooted in elevation, inspiration, and resilience, but now amplified for a global audience.
