Through her work, Zen creates conscious media experiences designed to guide individuals back to their power, presence, and personal truth from the inside out. Her philosophy is both grounded and transformative: you don’t need to fix your life—you need the tools and support to navigate it with clarity and intention.

Zen’s journey into personal development began early, inspired by witnessing a loved one’s healing journey. Since then, she has coached over 100+ individuals globally and cultivated transformative spaces, including The Women’s Circle and Jam & Journals Inspirational Circle in Atlanta, co-created with affirmation artist Coax Marie. Her collaborative work extends to organizations such as Black Girls Can Heal in New York.

She has also supported affirmation music pioneer Toni Jones, whose work has reached over 20 million streams and been featured on Showtime’s The Chi, Revolt, Forbes, and HOUR Magazine, and has led social media strategy for Light Beings Ministry, founded by Kevin Walton.

Zen is the creator and host of The Zen Effect Show (formerly Life Verbs Podcast), a multi-platform, globally syndicated media experience spanning radio, podcasting, in-studio video, and digital storytelling. Reaching audiences in over 80 countries, the show delivers soul-centered, thought-provoking conversations that inspire elevation, resilience, and transformation.
