MEET ZEN.

Host. Executive Producer. Media Personality. Content Creator.

The voice is only part of the story.

Zen Howard is a host, producer, interviewer, content creator, and creator of The Zen Effect Show a multi-platform syndicated talk show exploring life, culture, personal growth, and the human experience.

Her work brings together media, conversation, content, and intentional storytelling to create experiences that inform, connect, and invite audiences to look beyond the surface.

BEHIND THE MIC.

BEHIND THE CAMERA.

BEHIND THE VISION.

Zen brings together hosting, producing, interviewing, content strategy, and storytelling to create media that can live across platforms and beyond the original moment.

Her work sits at the intersection of media, culture, personal growth, and the conversations shaping how we experience our lives.

Whether behind a microphone, in front of a camera, producing an experience, or sitting across from someone for an interview, Zen is interested in one thing: What’s underneath the surface?

THE PHLIOSOPY

WE DON'T JUST TALK ABOUT WHAT'S HAPPENING.

WE EXPLORE WHAT IT'S SHOWING US.

The Zen Effect Show is built on the belief that every conversation has the potential to create an effect.

Life is always showing us something through our experiences, our relationships, our choices, our culture, and even the headlines dominating the conversation. That's why we don't stop at commentary.

Through our signature Conscious Takes, we take the stories everyone is talking about and go beneath the headline to ask a different question:

What is this showing us about us?

About how we live. How we relate. What we value. What we're normalizing. What we're becoming. And the kind of world we're collectively creating.

That same curiosity drives every interview and conversation on The Zen Effect Show. Whether we're sitting with an expert, entrepreneur, artist, founder, cultural voice, or someone with an extraordinary story, we're interested in more than what they do. We want to understand what they've lived, what they've learned, what they're creating, and what their experience can reveal to the rest of us.

Because this isn't a platform built simply to consume more information.

It's a space to notice. To reflect. To expand your perspective. And to decide what you want to do with what life is showing you.

That's what it means to Live in Your Effect: to live from your authenticity and unique design, becoming a conscious creator of your life rather than simply reacting to it. It's recognizing that what you've experienced can inform you without defining what comes next. That philosophy is consistent with the show's stated mission of supporting people in navigating life, living authentically, and intentionally creating what comes next. The Zen Effect.

And it's why our conversations can move naturally between culture, society, wellness, relationships, entrepreneurship, personal growth, lifestyle, and the human experience. On the surface, those subjects may look different. Underneath, they're all telling us something about how we're living. The Zen Effect.

Real Conversations • Less Noise • More Truth.

Because the truth is, we're all navigating something.

The question is: How will you move through it?
